The Air Handling Units are manufactured as a factory-made combined blocks of encased individual modules assembly based upon a wide range of standard panels (30mm, 50mm and 100 mm). An air handling unit consists of a fan or fans and other necessary sections like coil, filters, etc. to perform one or more of the functions of circulating, cleaning, Rigid and leak tight construction heating, cooling, humidifying, dehumidifying and mixing of air. Air Handling Units can be delivered in sections for indoor or outdoor installation, completely assembled or knocked-down for on site-assembly. Air Handling Units are fabricated from penta post heavy gauge hot dip galvanized steel pro files and PE corner connection. Panels and frame are secured using internally bolted fixings. The Gasket liner between the panels and frame ensures an excellent leak tight and also works as thermal and acoustic insulation and guarantees the tightness of the casing according to DIN EN1886.

Air cooled chiller with scroll or reciprocating compressors and axial fans for outdoor installation

Available on several models equipped with one or more scroll or reciprocating compressors, dimensioned to be used with refrigerant type R410A or with the new low GWP HFO-1234ze or with R290. These air cooled scroll chillers are assembled on a strong self-supporting metal screwed and welded structure, painted with epoxy powder with anti-rust coating for outdoor installation. All units are supplied completely wired and ready to be connected to the user’s plant. Prior to delivery every machine is submitted to a performance test, with intervention tests of all the safety systems and components installed. Each unit is available with low-speed fans and compressor sound insulation kit for the LN (Low Noise) and LLN (Super Low Noise) versions, for installation in areas where noise emission must be kept to a minimum.

Central Airconditioning

Air cooled chiller with Turbocor centrifugal compressors, axial fans and Evaporative System for outdoor installation

Turbomiser can be equipped with innovative Evaporative System which results in considerable energy savings. Exploiting the natural process of adiabatic cooling, hot and dry air, normally drawn into air cooled condensers, passes through a wet media before reaching the actual condenser coil. The evaporation effect reduces the air temperature by as much as 8 °C (46.4 °F) increasing the efficiency of the condensers. With lower condensing temperatures the efficiency of the refrigeration system is improved. In case of low ambient temperature conditions, the evaporative media is automatically moved away from the face of the condenser to allow a free passage of air on to the condenser reducing fan power in the ‘off cycle’. Power savings up to 25% can be achieved using this system which is particularly effective in countries with high ambient temperatures. TMA ES is available in LN (low noise) or LLN (super low noise) versions, for installation in plant rooms where sound levels must be kept to a minimum.

CZ FLEX dehumidifier consists of a modular system integrated with an CZ standard dehumidifier. Choose components such as precooling and postcooling, or integral temperature and moisture control. DST supplies a complete dehumidifier unit, which results in simpler planning, faster commissioning and unequivocal functional responsibility compared with systems built up via several different suppliers. All control functions are tested at the factory prior to delivery. The CZ FLEX dehumidifiers are developed from the CZ standard series, available in the sizes CZ-82/102/102L/104.

The CZ dehumidifiers are made with aluzinc and have an excellent deep drying ability. Besides hot water and electric also steam and gas can be used for regeneration heater. They are also available in an ICE-version with higher process airflow, ideal for re-circulating installations.

Why use compressed air?

A compressed air and water humidifier offers guaranteed evaporation of the moisture into the atmosphere without any potential risk of drips. By forcing the water to mix with the air under pressure, the sprays produced are rapidly absorbed and highly directional. This makes the JetSpray ideal for cold temperature applications, such as cold stores, where the ambient humidity is often high and moisture less readily absorbed by the air. As no fan unit is required to encourage evaporation, the JetSpray can reliably be used in very dusty and dirty industrial environments without frequent maintenance.

 

Low maintenance

The JetSpray nozzle contains a selfcleaning mechanism that prevents blockages. A pin is forced through the nozzle orifice whenever the spray stops and is pushed back by the water pressure during operation. Unlike piston driven nozzle systems no

lubrication of this mechanism is ever required and the only necessary maintenance of the nozzle line is to occasionally wipe the air caps to remove dust. The nozzles are so robust in operation they carry a 10-year warranty.

An industrial cooling tower is a heat exchange system designed to dissipate large amounts of heat generated by industrial equipment, power plants, chemical processes, or large air conditioning systems. Unlike standard air conditioning units, which focus on comfort cooling, industrial cooling towers handle high-volume heat loads to prevent equipment from overheating and ensure continuous operation 

 

How Do They Work?

Cooling towers operate on the principle of evaporative cooling:

  1. Hot Water Collection: Warm water carrying heat from industrial processes or HVAC chillers is pumped into the tower .
  2. Water Distribution: The water is sprayed over a “fill” medium, which increases surface area and maximizes contact with air 
  3. Heat Exchange: Fans draw air through the tower, and as water flows over the fill, a portion evaporates, removing heat from the remaining water 
  4. Cooled Water Return: The cooled water collects in a basin at the bottom and is recirculated back into the system, reducing water waste and improving energy efficiency 
    This process is similar to sweating in humans, where evaporation removes heat, but on a much larger industrial scale
